We moved to Cold Spring last year and love it here, the only thing missing we thought was a gym. And without a garage or a basement, our options were limited. After talking to people in the village we realized we weren't alone so decided to start Foundry, the ultimate garage gym, but not just for ourselves, for the whole community.

We both have full time jobs, this is a passion side project for us, so thanks in advance for your support.

Located at 6 Depot Square across from The Depot restaurant. Long time residents will know the building used to be a garage so we're brining the space back to it's roots!

Like many newer gym concepts, Foundry is a staffless microgym to keep membership costs affordable. We will vet members and operate on the basis of trust, we want to make this your gym! You will be able to contact us via message or app if any issues or questions.

The gym will come equiped with security cameras, secure door member only entry codes,fire extinguishers, an AED and first aid kit.

All members will be required to sign safety and liability waivers
